Winter training from October 29th

We will be training at Michael Woods Centre, Glenrothes from Wednesday, 29th of October. Traning costs £2 per week.

Under 7’s,  6pm-7pm on Astro

Under 9’s & Under 11’s, 7pm-8pm on Astro

Under 13’s, 7pm-8pm on Astro

Friday night will be fitness work to music night at Southparks Hall, 6pm-6.45pm. Mums and Dads wishing to join in and get fit with your kids can pay £2 to join in. I promise it will be enjoyable for all!
